Reforest Network was presented during the closing ceremony of Cyprus Art Week 2025 in Pissouri — a festival that from September 30 to October 5 transformed the village into a stage for art, nature, innovation and community. The week’s program included exhibitions by more than 100 artists from around the world (in both physical and digital formats), street art, art hikes along the Aphrodite Trail, workshops, ecological lectures such as “Guardians of the Pines,” poetry evenings, and open-air markets with local artisans. Reforest Network was introduced to an audience attuned to ecological action — its mission to connect reforestation groups, volunteers and sponsors resonated with the festival’s aim to turn art into action, including channeling proceeds from selected works to support tree-planting initiatives in Cyprus.
